Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient with all following criteria is included. 1. Cerebral major vessel occlusion that was treated by IV-tPA and/or mechanical thrombectomy during acute period. 2. Those treatment was done in Aomori prefecture. 3. Major vessel is defined as internal carotid artery (extra cranial or intracranial), anterior cerebral artery, middle cerebral artery, vertebral artery, basilar artery and posterior cerebral artery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient and/or their guardian do not agree the study incursion.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1) Number of case who was done IV-tPA and/or mechanical thrombectomy. 2) Incidence of major vessel occlusion in Aomori prefecture. 3) Real world date of major vessel occlusion in Aomori prefecture. 4) Modified Rankin scale 0~2 at 90days after the ischemic stroke.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1) Mortality within 7days after the onset of stroke 2) Mortality within 90 days after the onset of stroke 3) Successful recanalization (modified Mori grade 2-3 or TICI 2b-3) rate of target artery 4) Symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage within 24 hours after the onset of stroke
