Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The subjects in this study are patients who have been diagnosed with oral squamous cell carcinoma and are undergoing tumor resection, who have given consent for this study, and who do not meet the exclusion criteria described below.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Among the above subjects, they are minors, patients with distant recurrent cancer, and patients with primary multiple cancers of other organs.

MeasureTime frame
To compare gene expression levels in fibroblasts from patients with and without cervical lymph node metastases from oral squamous cell carcinoma, and to identify genes that are highly expressed in cancer-related fibroblasts that occur only in the cervical lymph node metastasis group of oral squamous cell carcinoma by conducting single-cell analysis in the cancer microenvironment where both cancer cells and cancer stromal cells of oral squamous cell carcinoma exist. We will identify genes that are highly expressed in fibroblasts.

MeasureTime frame
To compare the gene expression levels of fibroblasts in patients with and without cervical lymph node metastasis from oral squamous cell carcinoma and to identify cancer-associated fibroblasts that highly express marker genes of cancer-associated fibroblasts in the cervical lymph node metastasis group of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
