Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients with vertebral compression fracture and proximal femur fracture.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have difficulty receiving rehabilitation intervention, those with hearing loss or total blindness that require written communication, those who have difficulty understanding instructions (HDS-R score less than 10), those with diseases other than orthopedic diseases that affect rehabilitation (severe heart failure, hemiplegia after stroke), those with multiple fractures, those with complications during hospitalization (sudden decline in ADL, aspiration pneumonia, etc.)
