Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who receive cardiac surgery using pulmonary artery catheter and transesophageal echocardiography

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergent case 2. Thoracic aortic disease 3. Intracardiac shunt 4. Preoperative mechanical circulatory support 5. Refusal to participate 6. Patients who are considered to be inappropriate to participate to the study

Concordance rate between cardiac output measured by new measurement method using transesophageal echocardiography and cardiac output measured by pulmonary artery catheterization

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Correlation between cardiac output measured by new measurement method using transesophageal echocardiography and cardiac output measured by pulmonary artery catheterization. Association between cardiac output or cardiac power output and postoperative complications (death, myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, non-occlusive mesenteric ischemia, acute kidney injury) and surrogate markers (lactic acid level, mixed venous oxygen saturation).
