Interventions
i-gel Plus or AuraGain are inserted after induction of general anesthesia according to randomization. Tracheal intubation with fiberscope is performed using supraglottic airway device as a guide.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who undergo cervical surgery under general anesthesia with tracheal intubation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who undergo airway management without tracheal intubation, who have tooth mobility and whose BMI > 40
