Inclusion criteria: Patient who undergo surgery under general anesthesia Patient who undergo oral tracheal intubation Patient predicted for difficult intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient aged <20 yrs Patient who undergo awake intubation Patient who undergo nasal intubation
