Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent surgery under the care of the Department of Anesthesiology during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who submitted a request to opt out of this study via the published opt-out document Patients whose primary anesthesiologist was the principal investigator or research collaborator
