Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals in their 10s to 30s and those aged 65 years or older who do not have any orthopedic disorders of the lower limbs. In addition, individuals who have had orthopedic disorders in the past but currently have no limitations in mobility, such as walking, are also included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who, at the time of the experiment, have orthopedic disorders of the lower limbs. Additionally, individuals with a history of such disorders who currently have significant limitations in mobility.
