Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Engages in physical exercise at least twice per week Does not have any musculoskeletal injuries at the time of participation that would interfere with the exercises performed in this study Subjects must agree not to perform any additional lower-limb resistance training, jump training, or endurance training that engages the lower-limb muscles during the experimental period, other than the squat training with a barbell, jump training, and repeated sprint training conducted in this study Agrees to maintain usual dietary habits during the experimental period Does not have any bleeding disorders that make it difficult to stop bleeding once it starts Does not have a fear of sharp objects or injections
