Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Engages in physical exercise at least twice per week Does not have any musculoskeletal injuries at the time of participation that would interfere with the exercises performed in this study Agrees to refrain from lower limb resistance training the day before the experiment and to participate in the experiments on days two to five in a non-exercised state Agrees to maintain usual dietary habits during the experimental period Does not have any bleeding disorders that make it difficult to stop bleeding once it starts Does not have a fear of sharp objects or injections
