Interventions

Develop a system for explaining medical examinations using a chat AI and use it to explain trunk contrast-enhanced CT examinations.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatients of Hokushinkai Megumino Hospital, a social medical corporation, Patients who are instructed to undergo trunk contrast-enhanced CT scans (regardless of experience), Patients who can receive an explanation of the examination without being accompanied by family members, Adult men and women, with no age restrictions, Capable of making decisions independently.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Excluding urgent cases that involve instructions for cardiac and cerebrovascular CT examinations.
