Conditions

Subject is healthy adult. It is expected to improve physical fitness by performed training.

Interventions

Group1: Complex training (squat and counter movement jump) only is performed one to three times per week for 6 weeks. Group2: In addition to the same training as Group1, repeated sprint cycling train
concurrent training, complex training, repeated sprint cycling training

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participant must be a member of an athletic team (including an off-campus club team). The participants must agree to refrain from strength training, jump training, endurance training that mobilizes the lower limb muscle groups during the experimental period, except for squat training, jump training, and repeated sprint training that perform in this study. Agreed to follow the same diet for the duration of the experiment. Those who do not have a disease that makes it difficult to stop bleeding once it starts. Those who do not have acrophobia and needle phobia. Must have attended the lectures for using training room of hokkaido university of science.
