Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participant must be a member of an athletic team (including an off-campus club team). The participants must agree to refrain from strength training, jump training, endurance training that mobilizes the lower limb muscle groups during the experimental period, except for squat training, jump training, and repeated sprint training that perform in this study. Agreed to follow the same diet for the duration of the experiment.
