Conditions

Healthy participants. Pitching may result in fatigue around the shoulder in the pitching side.

Interventions

The same interventions will be done in all groups. Participants throw a ball with several efforts
50%, 75%, 90%, 100% . Participants throw 5 trials in each effort condition. There is a rest of 3-minutes between conditions.
