Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Target patients Patients with hematopoietic malignancies who visited HOME CARE CLINIC N-CONCEPT and joint research institutions between January 1, 2008 and February 28, 2022 are eligible. (2) Selection criteria 1.Subjects who have a definitive diagnosis of hematopoietic malignancies and have performed home-visit treatment at HOME CARE CLINIC N-CONCEPT or a joint research institution (2) Those who do not refuse to participate in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria (1) Subjects with unconfirmed diagnosis of hematopoietic malignancies (2) Patients who are judged by the principal investigator to be unsuitable as research subjects
