Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with sagging facial cheeks who underwent buccal fat removal treatment at GINZA CUVO CLINIC between March 2011 and August 2020

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients who did not comply with taking photographs or visiting the doctor for analysis of treatment results. (2) Patients who underwent some kind of treatment that affected the same area at another clinic after this treatment, making objective evaluation impossible. (3) Any other person who is judged by the research subject to be inappropriate as a research subject.

MeasureTime frame
(1) Measurement of left and right baccal fat weights removed from each research subject (2) Comparison of the change in the length of the facial surface curve before and after treatment using the angle point of both jaws as an index. (3) Comparison of the change in the length of the facial surface curve before and after treatment using the angle of the jaw as an index.

(1) Comparison of changes in right and left lower facial capacities before and after treatment. (2) Patient satisfaction rating on a 5-point scale obtained after 3 months of treatment
