Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who have undergone or will undergo portal IVR 2) Patients who have had or will have 4D flow MRI before and after treatment (3) Adult patients who are 20 years old or older. 4) Patients who can obtain patient information, imaging findings, blood collection results, treatment details, and clinical symptoms from the database and electronic medical records (5) Patients who have freely and voluntarily consented to participate in this study or who do not refuse to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients for whom information on treatment cannot be obtained (2) Other patients who are judged by the principal investigator to be inappropriate as research subjects
