Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: An information session will be held for approximately 25 female volleyball players. Athletes who fully understand the purpose and procedures of the study and provide written informed consent will be enrolled in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Athletes who consume caffeinated beverages less than once per week will be considered non-habitual caffeine consumers and will be excluded from the study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The following assessments will be conducted approximately 12 hours after caffeine intake. In the aerobic exercise group, participants will be evaluated after completing 10 to 15 minutes of aerobic exercise. In the non-exercise group, participants will be evaluated immediately 12 hours after caffeine intake. Outcome measures: Subjective fatigue will be assessed using a questionnaire, and cognitive function will be evaluated using the Stroop test.
