Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Members of the target junior high school baseball team Written informed consent obtained from both participants and their legal guardians Able to participate throughout the intervention period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals expected to be absent for an extended period during the intervention Individuals unable to complete questionnaires Individuals or guardians unwilling to participate
