Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Blood glucose level of 140 mg/dL or higher 60 minutes after a glucose load

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes and other conditions that limit physical activity

Incremental area under the blood glucose curve up to 120 minutes after glucose loading

Peak blood glucose level after glucose loading, lactate levels after exercise, average heart rate during exercise, perceived exertion, and blood pressure before and after exercise
