Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Day care service providers and community-based day care service providers listed in publicly available data from the Long-term Care Service Information Disclosure System and randomly selected according to the proportion of facilities in each prefecture. Respondents are facility directors or managers.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dementia day care service providers and therapeutic day care service providers listed in the Long-term Care Service Information Disclosure System will be excluded. Duplicate facilities and responses with missing data on key survey items will also be excluded from the analysis.
