Inclusion criteria: Patients receiving continuous peripheral nerve block for postoperative pain management

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not provide informed consent; patients with an allergy to any of the drugs used in the study; patients with coagulation abnormalities or thrombocytopenia; patients with uncontrolled diabetes; patients who lack adequate decision-making capacity; and patients with cognitive impairment.
