Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Community-dwelling older adults aged 65 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I. Subjects aged less than 65 years II. Subjects who are edentulous III. Subjects who do not have any mobile phones to receive the text messages IV. Subjects unable to communicate due to hearing impairment or mental health issues V. Subjects found to have cognitive impairment
