Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who can maintain a seated position without back support or upper limb support 2. Individuals with normal vision (including corrected vision) and hearing, and who are free from neurological disorders, orthopedic disorders, and cardiopulmonary dysfunction 3. Individuals who have received a thorough explanation of their participation in this study, fully understood the implications, and provided written consent of their own free will 4. Individuals who are between 20 and 100 years old at the time of obtaining consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with an unstable physical or mental condition 2. Individuals with visual or vestibular impairments 3. Other individuals deemed unsuitable by the principal researcher or co-researcher
