Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those whose foot flexibility falls into the range of normal to rigid.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have flexible feet. History of lower limb injury within 3 months prior to participation in the experiment. History of lower limb surgery. Pain during walking or running. Skin diseases of the feet.
