Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People who are not being treated for cardiovascular, respiratory, orthopedic diseases, etc. People who belong to a female collegiate lacrosse team as players (no special selection process required; simply being a team member)(Lacrosse group). People who do not have an exercise habits other than physical education class at school (Control group). People who understand the research content and have obtained written consent from the individual of their own free will.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: People who are forbidden by their doctor to do exercise.
