Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who underwent pancreatectomy for resectable pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma following neoadjuvant chemotherapy at two high-volume centers, Fujita Health University Hospital and Okayama University Hospital, between 2008 and 2026.
