Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Be a student affiliated with the institution conducting this study. -Be available for direct recruitment by the principal investigator or co-investigators. -Be able to receive both written and verbal explanations of the study objectives and procedures, and provide written informed consent voluntarily. -Be included within a participant pool of up to 30 individuals to ensure that at least 20 valid datasets are obtained for each condition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals with a history or current presence of cardiovascular, respiratory, metabolic, or orthopedic disorders that may interfere with the safe performance of exercise tests - Individuals who plan to make significant changes to their habitual exercise routine or dietary habits during the study period - Individuals deemed unsuitable for participation in the study by the principal investigator or co-investigators
