Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fourth-year students enrolled in the Department of Nursing at University A.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant individuals History of cardiovascular conditions such as hypertension History or current symptoms of orthopedic conditions such as fractures or sprains Any other condition that makes it difficult to maintain the chest compression posture due to pain or discomfort
