Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are 18 years of age or older at the time of consent. Patients diagnosed Acute myocardial infarction introduced to beta-blocker. Patients who have been fully informed of the study and who have given written consent of their own free will.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with significantly poor medication adherence Patients with advanced cancer Patients with a history of autoimmune disease. Patients deemed inappropriate by the attending physician, etc.

Heart rate trajectory, changes in NT-proBNP levels, and changes in left ventricular function and left ventricular remodeling indices.
