Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 65 years or older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals who are unable to continuously consume the test food 2.Individuals with food allergies 3.Individuals for whom body composition measurement is difficult 4.Individuals who have been certified as requiring long-term care 5.Individuals with current or previous serious diseases, including malignant tumors, respiratory diseases, hepatic, metabolic, cardiac, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, or endocrine disorders 6.Individuals who are hospitalized or scheduled for hospitalization during the study period 7.Individuals who are deemed unsuitable for participation in the study by the study director or the principal investigator
