Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To identify other indicators that could negatively influence the main effect of the intervention. To participate in the study, each participant had to be affiliated with one of the mentioned departments. Have a blood pressure reading. Be diagnosed with stress. Signing a commitment letter stating their readiness to participate in the program. Have a score of at least 50 on the dependent measures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Names of individuals receiving psychotherapies and medical treatments at the time of the investigation were also excluded.
