Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with osteoarthritis of the knee Age 60 to under 70. Female. Written informed consent obtained from the research participant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inflammatory joint diseases such as chronic rheumatoid arthritis and crystal-induced arthritis History of infectious arthritis Cases in which the same knee has undergone extensive meniscectomy or artificial joint replacement in the past Cases where participation in the study is deemed inappropriate due to severe systemic complications

Identification of differences in cell subset composition and gene expression profiles between the group with severe meniscal extrusion and the group with mild/no meniscal extrusion.
