Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adults aged 18 years or older who receive an explanation of the study and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of lower-limb injury or surgery within the past 6 months, current musculoskeletal disorders under treatment, or cardiovascular or neurological disorders that restrict exercise participation.
