Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy baseball players or individuals with baseball experience who have at least 3 years of pitching experience, are overhand throwers, and are capable of maximal-effort pitching. Participants who provide written informed consent will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with pain in the shoulder, elbow, trunk, or lower extremities at the time of measurement; those with a history of orthopedic injury or surgery affecting pitching motion within the past 6 months; or those unable to perform maximal-effort pitching will be excluded.
