Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed with Gastrocnemius Myofascial Pain Syndrome, aged 18 years or older, with active trigger points in the gastrocnemius muscle, and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with a history of lower limb fracture or surgery, neurological disorders, systemic musculoskeletal disease, skin lesions in the intervention area, or contraindications to manual therapy.
