Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy adult 1.Consent to participate in this study 2.Participants whose general condition are stable Patient admitted to a Comprehensive Rehabilitation Ward 1.Consent to participate in this study 2.Participants who are able to perform conventional self-training

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who have requests for exclusion from this research
