Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. No abnormalities in electrocardiographic findings or renal function as confirmed by a health checkup. 2. Agreement to participate in this study after receiving an explanation of its purpose.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Musculoskeletal disorders of the lower limbs that may interfere with pedaling exercise. 2. Current smoking. 3. Allergy to zinc, acrylic materials, or alcohol used in the measurement procedures. 4. Presence of an accessory renal artery with a vessel diameter comparable to that of the main renal artery.
