Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A hospital nursing administrator who manages a general hospital with outpatient clinics, inpatient wards, and multiple medical departments. Has at least two years of experience in hospital nursing administration. Intends to continue working at the same facility for at least two years after the program. Is able to attend the entire program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Applicants must have less than one year of experience in hospital nursing management. Applicants who are unable to work at the same facility within two years of completing the program. Applicants who are unable to attend even one session of the program.
