Normal bridge group: Participants perform normal bridge exercise at home three times per week for 6 weeks. From the supine position with approximately 120 degrees of knee flexion and 50 degrees of hip

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 30 years 2. Healthy adults 3. Able to perform home exercise three times per week for 6 weeks 4. No history of serious lower-limb injury or surgery within the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with serious musculoskeletal or neurological disorders 2. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding 3. Individuals who do not provide informed consent to participate in the study 4. Individuals with a history of fracture, ligament rupture, meniscal injury, joint replacement, severe muscle tear, or other trauma or surgery affecting daily activities or exercise within the past 6 months
