Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Applicants must be employed in the acute care ward of a medical facility in Prefecture A that charges acute care general inpatient fee 1. Applicants must be full-time employees. Participants must have received a full written explanation of the research content and have given their consent. Gender is not a factor.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Nurses who hold specialist nurse or certified nurse qualifications, or who are currently enrolled in such educational programs, nurses who have completed or are currently enrolled in specific practice training, and nurses who hold positions such as head nurse or supervisor are excluded.
