Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing ERP for pancreatic duct stricture Age >=18 years Written informed consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Performance status >= 3 Anatomical difficulty for the procedure Pregnant patients Patients deemed inappropriate by the investigator
