Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients currently receiving treatment at the University of Tsukuba Hospital or the Tsukuba Gastroenterology and Endoscopy Clinic 2. Patients diagnosed with ulcerative colitis 3. Patients aged 18 or over 4. Patients who are able to install the IBD app on a smart device

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those deemed inappropriate by the researchers
