Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Hyealthy young adults

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have performed the training exercises used in this study or squat training at least twice per week for 12 weeks or more within the past year, or who are currently engaged in such training. 2. Individuals who are unable to provide informed consent. 3. Individuals with a history of claustrophobia. 4. Individuals who are pregnant. 5. Individuals with a history of epileptic seizures. 6. Individuals with implanted medical devices such as cardiac pacemakers, defibrillators, or artificial heart valves. 7. Individuals with metal in their body (e.g., dental orthodontic bridges, crowns depending on material, clips, etc.). 8. Individuals with tattoos (as tattoo ink may react to magnetic fields).
