Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Healthy young adult women Aged approximately 18 to 25 years Individuals who receive a full explanation of the study and provide written informed consent Individuals who are able to wear a continuous glucose monitoring device and ingest the test cookies and sucrose solution without difficulty
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a history of diabetes, impaired glucose tolerance, or endocrine disorders Individuals taking medications that may affect glucose metabolism Individuals with food allergies to wheat, milk, eggs, soy, rice bran, okara, or related ingredients Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant Individuals deemed inappropriate for participation by the principal investigator
