Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: To be eligible, the following conditions must be met: 1. Being a female administrator 2. Being a confirmed/permanent staff member in technical and vocational colleges in Southeast Nigeria 3. Meeting the cutoff scores of the measures 4. Being a mother/wife 5. Being physically fit
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who were disqualified from participating in the study were due to the following ineligibility criteria: 1. Having participated in mental health rehabilitation and counseling in the last three months. 2. Unwillingness or unreadiness to participate in the study 3. Failing to complete the informed consent form
