Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 65 years or older 2. Either sex 3. Independence level in daily living for older adults with dementia is level I or no cognitive problem 4. Has been using the current day-care rehabilitation or day-care service for more than 3 months 5. Provides informed consent personally
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe visual or hearing impairment 2. Requires acute medical management 3. Is in the terminal stage or receiving palliative care 4. Japanese is not the first language
