Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of obtaining informed consent. 2. Individuals who are able to communicate either independently or with the assistance of a supporter. 3. Individuals who are able to provide written informed consent for participation in this study, either independently or through a supporter.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are currently hospitalized or admitted to medical or welfare facilities. 2. Individuals with evident cognitive impairment.
