Inclusion criteria: Individuals without regular exercise habits

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with visual or color vision impairments Individuals with chronic diseases Individuals with a history of smoking Individuals who have undergone blood sampling within 12 weeks prior to study initiation Individuals deemed unsuitable for electrical stimulation
