Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing tooth extraction under general anesthesia, Patients undergoing dental treatment under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients from whom informed consent for study participation cannot be obtained, and patients deemed inappropriate for participation by the investigators.

The number of colony-forming units (CFUs) at each sampling location during surgery under general anesthesia

Secondary

Representative colonies will be selected for bacterial identification.
